I got my kitten (Henry) who is about 4 maybe almost 5 weeks old

I got my kitten (Henry) who is about 4 maybe almost 5 weeks old this past Thursday and he hasn't pooped yet. I stimulates his anus and genitals and he usually pees but has not pooped. He still almost exclusively bottle feeds compared to his sister (Freya) from the same litter who is pooping and peeing by herself and is eating about 50/50 bottle fed and wet food. Can any anons give me any ideas as to what's going on? Pic is of Henry on right looking small and Freya left looking healthy as he'll.

You could have been over feeding him or not diluting his formula enough so now he's constipated. Go to the vet.

Just a little update. The dam has broken! He shat one hard poop and then not 2 hours later 4 more hard poops then a greasy load shortly after! I'd say he feels a little better!
