My cat Bosley from when I was growing up. He had to go "live on a farm" because he started peeing in the house ;_;
My SO's sister adopted two puppies and asked me for advice on how to raise/train them. I gave her advice. She listened to none of it, and then promptly abandoned one puppy, then the other, without even telling me first.
They were sweet pups, too. I actually did get to see the girl puppy again because she turned up on a lost-and-found page and I recognized her. Did some digging, made some calls and found out the woman she had been given to dropped her off at the shelter as a "stray." We sorted it out and got her a foster. She's since been adopted but I don't know to who.
