What kind of bird is this

I'm going to guessssss a fox sparrow.

you know what, probably.
The biggest tell is the size but it's hard to see size in a picture like that.
The other is color. Fox sparrows are reddish, but again, hard to tell in that photo.
So the tell is the beak. I though he had a short stubby beak. I didn't notice he had something in his mouth obscuring the rest of the beak. Thrush have long slender beaks and a fox sparrow is fat.
He does have something in his mouth right? It sorta looks like it but it's all camo'd
