Funny enough, my aunt worked in that vet clinic for a bit. She said the cat was super friendly with his owners, and, initially when he first came in, but he just got really freaked out when he woke up in a cage after being fixed.

Basically, he went in thinking regular vet visit, got knocked out, woke up in a cage missing his balls.

Any right minded animal would be infuriated.
