So, i recently saw a video of someone who posted pics about two monsters torturing a puppy to death, after that i didnt knew how to handle it, at first i though that i could search for more information about the case but there is no info about that.
My big issue is, how do some of you can handle this feeling of helplessness, knowing that you cant help or at least do something.?

You might not be able to change what happened in that specific instance but there's many things you could do to help animals

This is how I rationalize. I help people animals wherever I can, however I can, because plenty of people out there will harm other living creatures whenever they feel like it.
Volunteering at the humane society, I see a lot of shitty cases... but for every person who moves out and just abandons their pet in their old house is someone who cares enough to go over and feed it every day and seek out a rescue. Each puppy/kitten mill raid was instigated by someone who knew those creatures deserved better and tipped off animal control. The balance isn't perfect, and not every animal can be saved, so it's important to just focus on doing what you can. Otherwise it's easy to become overwhelmed and drown in the suffering and sadness.

I was on a safari a few years back and watched some lionesses tear a zebra in half. The front half still lived and kinda sat upright while they ate away at the innards. They didn't even bother choking it like they do. Nature is sick and twisted and humans prove every day that although we see ourselves apart from nature, our actions reveal our actual relationships.
I help what I can, when I can. That's all you can do. Sometimes people are shitty to animals, it's just how it is.
