I found this guy out here chilling when I was practicing for basketball. What do I do? He couldn't fly and his family was no where near him.

It's a sparrow but yeah
It's already dead. The best thing you can do for it is to kill it. The easiest way is to stomp on it, but if that's too gruesome for you you could throw it at a wall really hard.

well it appears that it's beak is no longer yellow, so it may be a fledgling, assuming this is so, there's not much you can do but let it go in a somewhat safe area. It must learn to fly on its own, or it will die anyways. don't worry too much op.
