Found this little guy on my leg, I took a few pictures because I thought his colours looked beautiful (some more below)

nah those don't have black heads and you can clearly see the five tarsi, plus I don't think they have black on their legs. plus OP probably would have experienced the namesake bombardment.
could be a longhorn or leaf beetle based on the enlarged third tarsus. probably evolved to mimic a bombardier.

this is Asclera ruficollis, false blister beetle

I'm not confident that it's Oulema but the ornamentation of the elytra is definitely wrong for Asclera
so exciting to argue about beetle ID on the internet though
