The place I work said to not walk in our grass. They want the grass to grow, as it is newly placed. I want to grow a weed there that will spread and kill the grass with it. (a) is the most important.

Try making your own synthetic weeds in the garage.
Just get a fistful of dandelion seeds and put them in ten gallons of bleach. Then wait ten minutes and pour in ten gallons of ammonia. This will supercharge the weeds and make them wreck any pesky grass. Good luck!

There's no weed that kills grass. Weeds and grass compete for nutrients and sunlight, that's it. If you want to kill the grass, get some kind of herbicide. Again, weeds can grow where grass isn't, but they don't magically destroy grass in their wake.
