You don't get a crow friend. You get a crow flock. Just feed them and give them gifts and play games with them. They like it when you give them things and they will sometimes give it back to you. You can pass the item back and forth several times. High protein foods are best. They'll eat peanuts (unsalted only please) and meat very happily.
When I was at college, I used to get a burrito from the burrito cart most days and would eat about half and give the other half to the local flock. Burritos - crow approved!
