Buy a live trap. Use grains, not cheese for bait.
and when you catch it, free it far away from your house, like a couple miles. If you release it too close, it'll come back inside
You need a live catch trap, you can even find tutorials online on how to construct several types from common household items, this not the important part.
You need to construct a nightmare chamber.
A chamber that gives an experience, tailored specificaly to mouse perception, so terrifying, that the mouse will never ever return to your house.
