Any vet anons here?
My dog has some skin problems, my vet has used anti fungi and bacterial treatments and still nothing, anyone knows what causes this?

Skin problems could be next to nearly anything, there's really no way of diagnosing something like this on the internet. Get back to your vet, run some diagnostics, and if needs be find a specialist dermatologist.
Did your vet do a skin scrape?
Livestock fag here, looks like its in the folds of the neck?
Shave your dog in the effected areas, spray it with some bluekote and let it heal. If it's an outside dog watch for sunburn, if it gets sunburn on flies cover in udderbalm.

You haven't fed the dog anything new have you? Could be an allergy. Food allergy. Or a contact allergy from a plant. Like someone else said, skin afflictions can be just about anything.
