Someone confirm, but you might be able to save it by cutting it off above the rot and replanting it anf getting it to root.

Remove the entire plant from the pot. Save the pups (babies shooting out of the soil). Cut off about 1-2 cm above where it begins to get soggy (the root rot) so you have an entirely clean plant. Succulents need to calous over before repotting them, let it sit on some DRY potting soil for ~ 2 days, maybe 3. Some leaves will fall off, it's a succulent, it'll be fine. After 2-3 days it may be shooting new roots already. Carefully re-pot it along with the pups and this time don't over water and cause root rot. I'd suggest chucking the old soil too.
