No, if we're sharing a place. If we're living separately then it's not my fucking business what type of dog she has unless it bites me.
Great Danes are cool but they've a ton of health problems, short lifespans, ridiculous food bills and they're no good as guard dogs. If we had a shitload of room and had the money to keep both a Dane and a guard dog in good food and in good vet care, then sure, we'd get a Dane. But if we only had one or none of those things, no Dane.
