My dog would hump his dog plushie when he was just 1 or 2 months old, what the fuck. Now he is 4 y o and I don't see him humping anything, not sure if he lost his libido or if there's nothing to his liking out there.
You can train him to stop. Look up how to stop dogs from humping on youtube, there are a few good ones.
That said, unless you can verify he's healthy and doesn't have genetic problems, I wouldn't breed him.

Don't breed your dog if he's not purebred. If he's a mutt or you plan on breeding him with a mutt, or a dog that's another breed than yours then don't do it. No one will pay for mutt puppies. Don't breed your dog just because you "feel like it"
