What filter is best for a betta in a five gallon tank? I recently tried the Tetra Whisper, rated for five to ten gallon tanks, but it was too much and my betta freaked out.

This is a great filter, comes with a pre filter sponge and 2 different sponges for filtering, I put a 100g bag of biomaxx in the back instead of the sponge.
