I can't think of a name that sticks! I've gone over about 3 billion different names in my head. Thought this might help.
He's a german shepherd/ great pyrenees mix so he'll get to be about 100lbs.
Any thoughts?

Some that were top contenders were Oakley, Ranger, Darwin, Ziggy, Major, Kona...
I've been through everything from Growlithe to Gatsby. I don't want to just force a name on him that doesn't perfectly fit

I second Barle, would be a really nice unique name that isn't special snowflake or autistic. And you can always just tell people his name is "barley" if they don't get it
