Does anybody here work with animals? I work at like a kennel I'm hoping I could get a better job once I have some experience or is there no hope for me but getting a job at like some pet store?

What do you want to do exactly, OP?
i got an internship at a zoo with just a couple years at a pet store and some wildlife rehab volunteering/seasonal job, and that experience got me into zookeeping.
one of the keepers i worked with had a GED and had worked at a pet store.
if you're not going to go back to school you need to start getting into internships and volunteer positions in your field of choice (assuming, of course, that field does not require school) so you can start meeting people who can get you jobs.
