My aloe veras have got PIC related dark pathes. They are hard

My aloe veras have got PIC related dark pathes.
They are hard and the leafs feel soft and seem much less perkier than when I bought them.

to narrow down diagnosis, without seeing the plant itself, we need all the info you can give.

light exposure, watering schedule, relocation, etc etc anything relevant.

but on a different note, the most common mistake for succulent care is over/under watering.

Overwatering can lead to rot (kinda resembles your plant). Underwatering the plant will wrinkle the plant, or whither in a more obvious way.
