This week I found a weird bug on my balcony. What kind of insect is it ? And what can I do to prevent him from conquering my balcony

they're pretty wonky looking but harmless from what i've read

It's leaf footed. You can tell by the back legs. Everyone always see's these guys as assasin bugs.
