I have a hard time feeling pleasure, which leads to difficulty staying hard and difficulty having an orgasm outside of masturbation. It doesn't help that I had a sex addiction, that I'm circumcised, or that I have low self-esteem.

My question is, should I engage in really hardcore sexual scenarios with my partner in order to get off, repeatedly try intimate "softcore" sex, or both?

As is, I have only orgasmed a few times doing rougher, more intense things, and I haven't orgasmed once from more intimate and loving sex.

I need advice. That moment where you've gone soft and know you're not going to get off or "perform" is torture.
