I'm a chronic fapper who's been on day 1 of nofap for 10 years. I'm currently 29 and haven't had regular morning wood since I was a teenager. I see TV shows joke about morning wood for middle aged characters. What are the typical age parameters for morning erections? Is 29 too young to not have them?

Morning wood is common, but not everyone gets it regularly. Some don't even get it at all. Because of this, there really aren't any typical age ranges.

I only get them when I wake up early, like 5 or 6 o'clock in the morning. Otherwise I don't have morning wood even when I sleep next to my GF.

I started taking 1mg of melatonin to help me sleep at night, and morning wood was a nice (and unexpected) side effect.
I'm 32 and it's rare that I don't wake up with wood.
Have you tried sleeping more? If your sleep schedule/hygiene is fucked up it can interfere with your woodies.
