so ive had a pretty steady supply of benzos (klonopin, xanax, ativan) for a couple years now. in the last 3 or 4 months, i would only take one once every week or two because my daily meds were working pretty well. about 3 weeks ago, ive started feeling anxiety all day almost every day with constant panic attacks. is it possible that i developed a dependency on benzos? i thought you had to take them more frequently for that to happen.
i dont think taking it once or twice every week or two could cause that.
Benzo withdrawal is the closest to hell on Earth you can come.
