I would accept it for money and something to occupy my time.

I'm debating on accepting it because it feels douchey to be trained and then almost immediately leave the area, it also could potentially burn a bridge later on if it is douchy as I know a couple people that work there.

You'll look uncommitted to future employers if you have a job that you quit almost immediately. If you don't need the cash look up jobs in the area your moving to or treat this as a 3 week break.
