Any medfags that can tell me how fucked I am
>be me this morning
>I play baseball
>swung a bat for about 30 minutes
>hour brunch
>go back to work on my swing
>first swing I pull something in my shoulder
>rotator cuff.
>doesn't hurt when I keep it still or move it when I reach up only hurts when I put my arms up to the side.
>5/10 pain worst.
Advice?

Classic supraspinatus tear

It'll recover in times but it can take months. In some cases, it needs surgery. Steroid injections may help short term for pain

But yeah, go to the docs
