Several children in my neighborhood are making tumultuous amounts of noise and I can't stop them. For the past month they have been doing this nonstop.

I've gone outside and asked them to stop, to talk to their parents, but they don't listen or don't understand english.
Im getting close to responding with violence. This is driving me fucking insane. I work the night shift and during my sleeping hours this gang of kids are screeching on whistles all god damn day.
