Basically I am in a group with two girls. But neither of them say hi to me in hallways and just stare at me. One girl stares at me constantly. They are very kind though in lab and helpful.
Should I say hi first? should i be interacting with them? maybe they think i am creepy and only nice to me in lab? what do?

Sorry about that I didn't know about the rules. I am way over 18 man, I am just socially inept.
Saying hi to them won't hurt, try to make small talk. They might just be socially inept too. I ended up making friends because of professors that force workshops, and I suck at social interaction.
