Do I go with laser for tattoo removal and probably get hypopigmentation where the skin is bleached white or do I wait a year for the Eraser tattoo removal device in hopes that its all they say it will be on the press releases? like here http://finance.yahoo.com/news/us-stem-cell-bioheart-invest-152700177.html

but you can see that the skin is bleached white after removal in that pic sometimes it never returns to normal and can be worse than that.
