How the fuck do I stop myself from going full sperg?
When I get angry I can't control my words - sometimes it helps in getting other people's respect by "roasting someone", but my 2 latest relationships ended with girls crying and running away.
I get super butthurt when someone is just stupid or lies to me. A couple of years ago, when my gf cheated on me I literally destroyed her life by screaming at her in the classroom and bringing up all the embarrassing stuff.
