Hey /adv/, social retard here.
I'm going on a date with a girl by taking her on a trail and hiking trip somewhere in Austin where we live in. Problem is, I've never been on something like this before.
What the hell do I wear and bring for this kind of thing? I literally have no idea. Snacks? Towels? Sunscreen? Keep in mind the Austin's weather is the same as satans asshole right now.
Please don't tell me I gotta bring something like pic related. It's a one day thing.
how long is said hike? timewise
Not a big ass backpack please, khakis, light shirt that matches khakis, hiking boots/shoes. Trail mix. Water bottles (not alot of them because too much weight), a compass, potable battery charger for phone, flash light, knife, sunscreen, mosquito repellant.
Dont bring alot of weight as I said, if you can a man purse (fanny pack) would be best and just joke about your man purse to your date to break the ice.

Good list. I like the fanny pack idea. I just have to be mindful of how much it can hold.
Thank you.
Bring two beers and an ice pack
What about shoes? would tennie shoes work? I don't won't my soles to have that split feeling.
Comfortable walking shoes, and an extra pair of socks.
