Should I tell my gf that one of her best friends kissed my neck at her friend's party?

>We both live away from 'home'
>It's her friend's birthday party, so she decided it would be a good time to introduce me to all her friends
>Everyone was drunk and my gf left me to meet people myself whilst she caught up with others
>Got talking to her best friend
>She's very smiley, chatty, and touchy
>Suddenly kisses me on my neck (her head level)
>I can't believe what just happened
>"Ha, I should go and find my gf" I say
>Go find her and stick with her
>See best friend later - both of us act like nothing happened

This was in an open space with other friends of my gf around, so hardly hidden... But it's been five days and clearly no one has told my gf. It happened so quick and people were so drunk, I wonder if no one even noticed
