story of my life. except in the ~30 years since I started having suicidal thoughts, I haven't had anything quite bad enough happen to make me do it. I've gotten very very close, but not quite bad enough to actually hurt myself in a way that would cause death.
so idk if it means anything, but I know how you feel. sometimes shit just gets to the point where it's like...fuck, if one more thing goes wrong, then just fuck it all, it's not worth it.
idk what your situation is exactly but it sounds like you're either massively overwhelmed by life, or have some potential disaster hanging over your head. or both.
