I'm a manager of a small store, and I'm taking my first vacation ever in my life of 7 years working.
I'm so nervous for my store, I don't have the best staff in the world, but I'll be gone from one weekend, through the next and I'm just worried about evereything that can go wrong while I'm out of the store.
I don't think I'm going to be able to not worry about my store for the time I'm gone.
And what /adv/ice are you looking for?
Your staff will inevitably have more fun without you there; but will make sure everything is as smooth as possible.
You hired them for a reason. Be positive and enjoy your vacation. Bro promising about your employees because that's THEIR job. They ARE the best at it, because they're all you have.

consider firing and hiring new people when you get back. in the meantime if you have someone that can manage it while your gone that you trust, do that.
but if you have had seven years and cant find people yo utrust, maybe YOU are doing something wrong too.
