I've got a better idea how about we seize all the money that is collecting dust in Swiss bank accounts and tax havens all around the world and put that towards solving world hunger and education... Just a thought.

The issue isnt production of sufficient food, but its distribution. Seizing private assets does nothing in that regard. This is all discounting the numerous ethical problems your suggestion entails.
