I run 10 miles a day, not because I want to do, but because I don't know what else to do. I feel like I need to just run from something. I need to escape and running does it for me. The problem is that it is pretty lonely. I don't know what this does for me. I'm so lost and need help.

Run marathons, 5ks, 10ks, wherever people are. I'm a long distance runner as well, and it can feel a little lonely sometimes. You need to surround yourself with people who love it just as much as you.
