How do you control your desire to exercise? I jog every time I'm stressed. It's come to the point that I'll do it a few times everyday which is making me lose some serious weight. This isn't good because I was already skinny to be begin with. But, when I run/jog it feels so good, as if all my troubles don't matter. How do you overcome an addiction like this?
