How do you control your desire to exercise? I jog every time I'm stressed. It's come to the point that I'll do it a few times everyday which is making me lose some serious weight. This isn't good because I was already skinny to be begin with. But, when I run/jog it feels so good, as if all my troubles don't matter. How do you overcome an addiction like this?

That's good for your health so it's not an actual addiction. Don't stop doing something that will benefit you just because you don't want to look skinny.

You ninny just eat to balance it out. Running is amazing, there's no reason to stop it.
