Anxiety fag here. I used to only anxiouskt think of my family getting hurt, but it changed. For the past couple of months, when I try to fap, I anxiously think of horrifying things I don't want to fap to and thus lose my boner (i.e. fat hairy men, kids, gore). Im not into that stuff.
