Smiling just doesn’t feel natural to me. Whenever i try to smile, i get a creepy, disturbing expression that makes me look like a rapist. How do i fix this?

Common problem. Trying to smile almost always looks fake - at least to you. Look at any photo of any of your friends where the smile seems nice. I'd bet money they hate it and think it looks fake.
Your smile probably looks better to others than it does to you. But if you are really concerned, just stop trying to smile. Let it come naturally when it does and don't fake it when it doesn't.
