Got pic related prescribed for my depression/OCD/6billion different kinds of anxiety, I've started yesterday, and tonight I had such a hard time cumming while fapping, it lasted more than 2h (my dick fucking hurts), is it the loss of libido side effect ? if yes is it normal that it starts so early ? my therapist said that the effect would kick in in about 20 days
Yes they are a side effect. I don't know how early they can kick in.
if the side effect is troublesome to you, talk to your psychiatrist and see if you can try another medication

Yeah, ask your doctor about NDRI treatment as an alternative if libido loss bothers you.
Also have OCD and SSRIs fuck with my libido badly. Like its caused relationship issues in the past. Also weird weight gain. Fucking hate SSRIs - not even as useful as CB therapy.
Also, unless they are controlled release, they will start to fail you. Generics are almost never CR and namenrand CR formulas are expensive.
Probably not what you wanted to hear but oh well.

As weird as it sounds, it doesn't really bother me, as my therapists also diagnosed me with porn addiction which according to him could make my OCD/anxiety worse, so maybe that will help me in a way

I will soon start CBT with my therapist, she told me that the SSRIs were just here to help a bit
