I get the cold shoulder from a lot of people. I've been at school for a year and haven't made any friends, most people don't seem too keen on talking to me. Not to mention at work I'll often get stonewalled, or people won't respond to me fully when I talk to them. They'll sometimes leave when I walk into a room, I feel like I'm bothering them somehow.
For the record I'm a shy person, but can still carry conversations and was under the impression I'm at least a somewhat decent person to talk to, but I could be wrong.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or what's driving people away. Any help for this issue would be appreciated.

How does it stand about your hygiene? How often do you shower? Brush your teeth and tongue? What about your hair and clothes? Do you sweat heavily?

Well I've never got any complaints about it, but I doubt that stands for much.
