Does anyone know of a good (preferably cheap) cologne that women like? The kind that gives you good comments? Something that I could buy online too.

my advice is go to any store that sells colognes and sample them.
women tend not to recognize any specific odors, and all colognes are pretty much designed to smell nice. so pick the one that smells nicest to you and grab it.
This isn't too bad for the price, but it's hard to say what you will like without smelling it.
