I seriously need some motivation and confidence in me. I am good at what I do but I lack confidence. I can't speak when there are tons of people around why this happens and what is best solution to overcome this?

I can't open my mouth. I do have things to day but this barrier in my head doesn't let me speak up when there are people around. I want to be more confident, because I have pretty good knowledge aBout what I do but this low confidence is fucking me up

I guess you should start talking to small groups of friends (like 3-4) and then gradually move on to bigger groups as you improve
