Tickling nose urgent help

>tickling nostril from hell, watery eyed, interview tomorrow, cant take it anymore
I have a job interview tomorrow and my fucking right nostril is driving me insane. It's slightly runny (not such a bit problem), tickles all the time, I seriously for the life of me can't keep a normal face, sneeze a lot and am heavily watery eyed constantly it's ridiculous and pathetic. How am I going to present myself this way tomorrow when I need to keep a fucking napkin on my face all the time?
I don't know what's the cause, it started after an intense session of running (I didn't keep my breathing in check), it may have become irritated or something. Please suggest some quick remedy or advice on how to make it go away or control it, it's just a bad timing and it's been like this since yesterday (a lot worse yesterday but it's still very frustrating)
