Tell him. Most divorces are due to a lack of financial trust between couples. Plus if he isn't willing to support you financially when you need it, why the fuck are you with him?

i know he's willing to support me but i don't know if it's worth bringing up since he doesn't internet bank or even open his pay stubs so the chances of him actually figuring this out are incredibly low

i don't like lying but i also don't like upsetting people
