I am in need of some legal advice with regards to selling Aku Aku masks(crash bandicoot masks)
I can sell them for 120 eu each, since a lot of people are interested.
However, i dont know if im at risk of being sued.
Is there anyone here who can help me?

You realize people make cosplay and sell this type of shit all the time. As long as you're not claiming that they're official or made by the company, you're not liable. Additionally should you get in trouble, they just send a cease and desist.
If you're marketing and selling them as Crash Bandicoot merchandise (as opposed to a generic lookalike), then yes, they could sue if they really wanted to. They probably won't though; not unless you sell enough to make it worth the trouble of suing.
