Has anyone ever crawled out of NEET status? I'm fucking miserable and want to work and have a fulfilling life, but the idea of working is legitimately terrifying to me. I'm not even an autist. I go to uni and out with friends, it's only work itself that gets me riddled with fear.

Pls help

Go volunteer somewhere and screw up there. At least you'll learn to be confortable in your own skin and gage if you'll be ready for real work.

Are there no jobs where I can just lift shit for people and labour? I'm pretty /fit/, I just don't wanna talk to anyone.

Become a construction/carpenter apprentice that's what I did, it's simple but hard work after you've done that for a year or two any other job will seem like a piece of cake.

I quit my NEET life the beginning of this year

A job really helps you appreciate your freetime

Working sucks nevertheless
But gaining money is the best sideeffect ever

You can try working in a warehouse if you'd like. They pay quite good and you're always running around doing something.

Honestly if you don't have to actually work, don't do it. Go find work in the field you're studying in

you can see if any restaurants are hiring bus boys or dishwashers. you wont gain any skills while doing it but you don't have to talk to anyone except maybe smile or ask where something goes.

there's stocking the shelves in grocery stores

warehouse order picking, an example is amazon where you run to the various bins and shelves to collect the items that people order and get them all situated.
normal warehouse work is also an option.
