Don't think so. However, you can eat on a Youtube/Twitch, do mukbangs. Get koreans to enjoy you stuffing your face. Have fun and enjoy your heart attack.

I don't think there's a league, per se. But there is, at the absolute least, a community around it, with its own relatively-famous figures. I'm not sure whether any of them make enough money from competitive eating to quit their day jobs, though.
