I'm in a co-dependent relationship which is quite toxic. We both have anxiety, depression, low self esteem, we're anti-social, and we're alcoholics. I really want to know how we can make a change without breaking up? If we broke up I think my heart would stop.

alright if you want the truth relationships don't work unless you're both mentally healthy people that can lift the other up. if you're both nutcase losers with no prospects than all you'll ever do is drag each other down. so the fact that all you care about is not breaking up is most likely a sign that you're doomed.
