Whenever I sprint I get intense fear that my hamstrings are just going to tear. I can jog, I can run 80%, but as soon as I go full tilt I get queasy that my legs are going to get destroyed. How can I get past this?

(gril btw)

When you run, run at full tilt for as long as you can before you start freaking out, then stop. Finish the run at 80% or whatever is comfortable. Do this every time you run, and each time try to push for a little longer. Make sure you stop before you freak out. You want to be pushing your comfort level (read: uncomfortable), but not fearful or panicky. Keep pushing at it a little bit at a time and your brain will slowly realize that it's okay.
