What do you do when you run out of motivation?

I don't want to go to the gym any more, I don't have the energy to draw or improve. I'm just tired and I find it hard to summon the will to do anything but play video games.

RARELY does someone find a hobby that they stick with for the rest of their lives. It will comeback but eventually you'l lose it and find another hobby
